Our second Geography study tour was on 27th/Jan/2021 by our senior four students.
Our children and their teachers visited Kibimba rice irrigation scheme which is located in Buwuni, Bugiri District in the Eastern part of the country just some few kilometers from Kimbilio School.
The major aim of the study was to equip the candidates ( S4 students) with necessary skills that include observation,interview, recording in order to help them be able to attempt a compulsory number/ question in geography Paper one.
On addition to that,the topic of study was; the relationship between climate and land use practices at Tilda Kibimba rice scheme,accompanied by couple of objectives like finding out the historical background of the scheme.
